WER Welcomes Architect & Conservator Sarah Devan To The Team
We are thrilled to welcome Sarah Devan to the WER Architects team!
Sarah is a licensed architect and conservator with over twenty years of combined experience in the repair and restoration of buildings, sculpture, art objects, books and paper. She has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and a Masters in Historic Preservation from Columbia University in New York.
In her early career, she worked for local Little Rock architects on several preservation projects in the state, including the Jacob Wolf House and many county courthouses. Then, following grad school, she worked on many highly regarded projects in both New York City and Los Angeles, such as the New York Public Library restoration, the master plan for the Eames House and Studio, and restoration of historic interiors at Los Angeles Union Station, among many others.
She has returned to her home state, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to WER. Please make sure to stop by and say hi to Sarah the next time you are in our Little Rock office!
