Full Bio:
Matthew has over 25 years of experience managing public and private sector projects that include rehabilitation and new construction. His portfolio includes K-12 educational facilities, higher education, commercial projects, and community and civic projects with scopes ranging from new schools to tenant improvements. Matthew has been involved in all phases of a project, from client development through post‐occupancy services. He has also been involved in master planning, budget preparations writing specifications and client presentations. His strengths include a thorough understanding of client and construction contracts and various construction delivery methods including Fast Track, Guaranteed Maximum Price, Negotiated Bid and Design‐Bid‐Build.
