Design of the headquarters is characterized by the use of natural materials throughout. 

An energy-efficient organization of spaces orients the building to minimize solar heat gain yet maximize natural light for occupants. 

The building will house five separate operational departments of the agency, some handling sensitive customer and loan data, in a collaborative yet highly secure environment.
