Sam McGuire IV
Full Bio: Sam has almost two decades of experience in master planning, architecture, historic preservation, and construction administration, with an emphasis on healthcare and laboratory design. Sam has provided world-class architectural solutions to many private and institutional clients in the Seattle and Washington, DC markets, before returning home to Little Rock to join the WER Architects team.
Sam is proud to be the architect for such award-winning designs as the Paul G Allen Institute for Brain Science in Seattle, and in Washington, DC, the Medstar Georgetown University Hospital Surgical Pavilion, and the historic restoration of the Federal-American National Bank, constructed in 1927.
Sam received his Bachelor of Architecture, with a minor in Architectural History, from the University of Arkansas Fay Jones School of Architecture. Sam brings a comprehensive working knowledge of building codes, a talent for integrating structural and building performance systems, and a deep understanding of diverse construction methodologies to the WER design team.
