WER Welcomes Jonathan Lowrey

Jonathan Lowrey has joined WER Architects as a Construction Administrator.

Jonathan’s background is in the construction management field of general contractors. He brings 25 years of experience in the construction industry including executive of construction operations, project manager, estimator, field supervisor and carpenter. Jonathan has had the opportunity to be involved in all types of projects from educational, medical, military, heavy commercial and industrial. His experience includes the negotiation and administration of construction contracts in excess of $300 million in value on a singular project, with his project portfolio aggregate value at 1 billion in construction dollars. Jonathan’s experience gives WER unique insight and construction expertise only gained from working in the general contractor sector of the industry. Jonathan’s favorite part of construction is the tangible results of a well-executed and administered project.
