WER Announces New Principal & New Associates

WER Architects announces new principal, Benjamin Gregory, AIA, to the firm. Gregory joined WER in 2018 after relocating from Philadelphia to Arkansas. He has quickly become an integral part of the leadership team at WER during that time – managing both large and small projects as a Project Architect and Associate.  

“We are all very excited to have Ben as a principal at WER”, said David Sargent, WER Architects CEO. “He is an extremely talented designer and project manager.” Gregory joins join WER principals, David Sargent, CEO; Russell Fason, Vice President; John Greer, Vice President; John Langham, NWA Managing Principal; Lauren Dickey, ASID, NCDIQ, WELL AP, LEED Green Associate; Mason Ellis, AIA, LEED AP; Jerome Sorensen, AIA, CSI, LEED AP; Matthew Swaim, AIA; and James Swann, AIA, on the firm’s principal leadership team.

WER Architects is also excited to announce the promotion of three employees to Associate. Aaron Sanderson, AIA, LEED AP, has been promoted to Senior Associate; and Sam McGuire, AIA, and Betsy Offutt, ASID, NCDIQ, WELL AP, to Associates.

“Aaron has been central member of the WER team since joining in 2016 – from leading projects to mentoring younger staff – we are thrilled to have him move into a Senior Associate roll,” added Sargent. “At the same time, having Sam and Betsy both become Associates, is very exciting. We are looking forward to all three bringing that continued energy, passion and creativity to the office and their work on a daily basis.”
