Welcome To The Team

We are thrilled to welcome Kyle Adams and Lauren Roddy to the WER team!

Kyle joined WER as Intern Architect in our Northwest Arkansas office in Spring of 2019 after graduating with his Bachelor in Architecture and music minor from the University of Arkansas. He is originally from Dallas, Texas and a Texas native, but loves living in Fayetteville. He married his high school sweetheart Lizzie after graduation. His interest in design and architecture was always encouraged from a young age as he loved to explore nature and the urban landscape around him in Dallas. Kyle’s passion for people, nature, and the city aligns him with WER’s values in Northwest Arkansas. In his free time, you’ll find Kyle being a nature photographer, hiker, musician, or reading with his wife.

Lauren recently joined WER Architects as a Construction Administration Assistant in our Little Rock office. Lauren, a Little Rock native, received her Bachelor of Science – Geology from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock and her GIS Certificate from Front Range Community College. Her love of the outdoors led her to Colorado and eventually into a career in construction. Lauren “grew up” in the WER offices – her dad has been an architect with the firm for over 20 years. She is a proud fur mom, enjoys kayaking, spending time with family and friends, and traveling in her free time.
