Three Major Promotions Announced At WER Architects

WER Architects/Planners (Witsell, Evans, Rasco) has named Brad McLaurin a firm principal and promoted Russ Fason and Joseph Roddy to associate positions.

Brad McLaurin, AIA, has worked for over 24 years in the industry. His experience includes national as well as international projects. Recent projects include Maple Hill Phase I & II Residence Halls for the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and he is currently in the design process for the East End Charter School in Little Rock.

Russell Fason, AIA, joined WER in 2004 after receiving a Masters in Architecture from Harvard. His experience and skill in the area of design and computer modeling has enhanced numerous projects in all stages from schematic drawings through construction documents. Recent projects include: a new facility for the Arkansas Student Loan Guarantee Foundation in Riverdale, PCSSD Chenal Elementary School now under construction, and the current design for a new lower school for the Jack Stephens Episcopal Collegiate School.

Joseph Roddy, AIA, has 30 years experience with a strong focus on healthcare and scientific projects. Recent experiences include: Project Architect on a major renovation of the Chemistry Building for the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management at Camp Robinson, and current design of the Rice Research Facility for the University of Arkansas Department of Agriculture.
