The new facility for Malmstrom White Lighting Company is designed to facilitate their office functions and highlight their various product lines.

A large, single-sloped roof plane provides a vaulted open office area and allows for a clear story of daylight to fill the space. The split-level site is wisely used to provide 4,000-square-foot walkout storage below for products and samples and potential expansion space. 

The south-faced wall of glass offices have great views back into the dense tree line, and a large deck off the main conference room is a great place for staff breaks and entertaining clients.
