The WER design team was tasked with turning a large, windowless warehouse into a vibrant office for a young, growing company with multiple divisions. 

JTS Financial had outgrown their current offices and were looking for creative solutions on how to occupy the warehouse. The only asset the existing building provided was volume, and it was the design team’s goal to transform it. WER saw the opportunities for designing an open office solution that provided flexibility and collaboration spaces among the divisions. WER proposed cutting new windows into the existing tilt-up concrete and introduced daylight into the interior open office space. 

JTS tasked the WER design team with creatively coming up with solutions for not only fitting their existing staff in the space without doing an addition, but also making the new space flexible enough for future company growth. This was achieved through strategically designing teaming areas that can be converted into offices if needed in the future. 

The open plan used creative furniture solutions and thoughtful space planning which provided JTS with a collaborative, flexible, dynamic, daylit corporate office.
