This 600-seat performing arts theater is located on a prominent downtown site, with its entrance on a diagonal axis with the River Oaks Arts Center across the intersection. 

The two buildings compliment each other by being clad in similar materials. The triple flat-arched canopies allude to architectural elements found on other buildings along Alexandria’s main commercial street. 

The auditorium has a side entry and is split into two 300-seat sections to better accommodate a variety of venues which draw widely disparate audience sizes.
