The Baldwin & Shell office was the first LEED Gold Certified project built and occupied as a corporate headquarters for a general contractor in the state of Arkansas. 

Designed to utilize the contractor’s own work force, materials were selected to highlight the craft of construction. 

A modular design ensures maximum flexibility for office areas while light monitors and generous windows allow daylight to reach all occupied areas of the building.
