The WER design team worked closely with the Arkansas State Police Foundation and the Arkansas State Police to develop the design for training facilities at Camp Robinson.

The building for the Precision Driving Track Complex consists of a repair garage and track observation tower. The complex building offers a covered area for instruction, an interior lobby space and break area that can be used during training sessions. The garage contains three repair bays, parts and tire storage and general facility storage. The tower height allows instructors the ability to view all areas of the track. The site also provides for a fuel filling station for training vehicles.
